Shipping Methods & Expenses

The following shipping costs and charges apply to our online store:

• Shipping costs to all of Greece: € 3.00 (including VAT).

• All products are shipped with ELTA Courier.

• Shipments are made daily except weekends and holidays.
   

Time of receipt of the products

The products are received within 3-5 working days from the day of your order. However, you should keep in mind that the shipment of orders starts after:

• Confirm the order

• Confirm that the deposit was made (in case of payment through a bank).

Connie's Dance Shop, however, is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicatively, it is not responsible for causes of delivery delays due to delays at customs, intermediate loading-unloading areas, means of transport strikes or other types of strikes that affect the delivery of products to our company's warehouses by our suppliers, etc.

In case of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you in order to inform you about it and to consult with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product.

Although we have taken every possible care to inform you regarding the lack of availability of a product, nevertheless there is a possibility of unexpected shortage or non-availability of the product from our suppliers (even after confirmation of your order). In this case, our company will make every effort to contact you again, in order to inform you and to consult with you about the new delivery or delivery of another product or the cancellation of the order without compensation for both parties and the interest-free return of any money that may have been paid within a reasonable time.
