1. Withdrawal

For the products of the CONNIES DANCE SHOP Fashion category (clothes, shoes, clothing accessories) the first return and replacement of each order is made without charge of shipping costs, as long as it is done within 14 calendar days and with the shipping we recommend. In all other categories of our products you have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days without justification from the day you received it, at absolutely no cost other than return costs (courier or shipping), which will be done by you liability and your own expenses (unless otherwise specified from time to time by the Company as a whole or specifically for specific products).

Prerequisites for exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days are:

• Have not used the product, have not removed any label or markings (eg stickers, brand marking, etc.) that have on them the products from clothing, footwear and accessories, to household items and / or electrical devices to have their packaging unopened.

• Also, all items must be returned in excellent condition received without damage, without any defects (subject to the return of defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging -e.g. fragile products - should be returned in their special packaging), while it should also be accompanied by all the necessary documents.

2. Return Policy and / or replacement of defective products  

• Our company takes every possible measure so that all products (regardless of type) are specially and carefully packaged in order to reach you without damage. Our company also knows that among its products are included fragile and / or sensitive items and for this reason it takes all the necessary measures (in cooperation with its suppliers and carriers) so that these items are sent in special packages that fully protect them from damage during transport and / or storage. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk that one of these products will wear out when shipped to you. Also in very rare cases there is a case to receive a product with a defect. For this reason and regardless of your above right of withdrawal which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

• In case you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unreservedly received the product from our company. However, in case you find that there is damage and / or a defect in the product, then you can inform us by contacting us at e-mail  conniedancewear@gmail.com , informing us if you wish to have a new one sent to you for replacement or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. In case you want a new product to be sent to you for replacement, you can follow the return procedure from the field  my Account ), as described in the Terms of Use.

• In case the product you received is proven to be defective from its manufacture, then:

j) for the products of CONNIES DANCE SHOP (clothes, shoes, clothing accessories) you can request their replacement with the same or another product of your choice and / or the issuance of credit power for a financial year, or interest-free refund paid if the product you want to replace is not available, provided that you send the relevant electronic order no later than 14 days after receipt (the return is free of charge from the 1st to the 14th day and at your own expense after on the 14th day),

For this reason you are obliged to keep and store the warranties of the products without which the warranty terms and related benefits can not apply.  In any case, the specific warranty conditions provided for each product apply, and the warranty expires when its time expires.
